I loved working on this project! These brave homeowners, their dog and kids all lived in the home while my crew and I basically moved in with them.

This beach cottage had low ceilings and a dividing wall between the dated kitchen and the living room. We broke down all the walls in the main space and made a Great Room. The original roof lines were a great surprise because architecturally they were beautiful. We saved money by painting the existing windows black, instead of buying expensive metal windows. We did an unconventional bar right island because their 3 boys and the parents are all tall. We raised the ceiling, shortened the dividing wall, rebuilt the kitchen, shiplapped the walls, refinished the original floors, and a whole lot more...
